2018
The whole thing started with a simple idea - what if staying in a hotel didn't have to feel like just... staying in a hotel? We wanted something different. Something that'd make folks actually look forward to checking in.
2019
Construction kicked off on Bay Street. Honestly? Those were some intense months. We obsessed over every detail - the window angles, the ceiling heights, even how the light would hit the rooms at sunset. Yeah, we're those people.
2020
Grand opening happened - right in the middle of, well, everything. Not exactly the timing we'd planned, but it taught us something important about resilience. And gave us extra time to perfect those little touches.
2022
Launched our rooftop dining experience and spa center. The views from up there? They're what we'd been dreaming about since day one. Guests started calling it their "escape above the chaos" - and yeah, that's pretty much the vibe we were going for.
2025
Today, we're still that same team obsessing over details. We've just gotten better at it. Every guest who walks through our doors adds to our story, and honestly, that's the part that keeps us excited to show up every day.
