Where Toronto's skyline meets culinary artistry
Look, I've seen plenty of restaurants with nice views, but honestly? Nothing quite matches what we've got going on up here on the 48th floor. It's not just about the food - though trust me, Chef Marcus isn't playing around in that kitchen. It's the whole package. You're sitting there with floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping around you, Toronto laid out like it's showing off just for you, and then this plate arrives that's almost too pretty to eat. Almost.
We've kept things intimate up here - just 65 seats, 'cause we figured you'd rather have a conversation than shout over the table next to you. The vibe changes throughout the day too. Breakfast? Quiet and contemplative with the sunrise. Dinner? That's when the magic really happens with city lights twinkling below.
After dinner, the Sky Lounge is where things get interesting. We've got a sommelier who actually knows their stuff - like, competed internationally and everything - and a cocktail menu that changes with the seasons.
Our wine cellar holds over 400 labels from around the world, but we're particularly proud of our Ontario selections. Niagara's wine scene is seriously underrated, and we're here to change that one glass at a time.
Live jazz on Friday and Saturday nights - nothing too loud, just smooth enough to complement conversation and those city lights. It's become kind of a thing with the locals, which we love.
Tables book up fast, especially for sunset dining. We recommend reserving at least a week ahead for weekends. Walk-ins welcome at the Sky Lounge though!
